JOB TITLE: Pant Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, Organize, Direst and run day to day operations to nmeet set target.
• Ensure continuous production,and maintain high quality standards
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
• Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide clear sense of direction and focus
• Monitor operations and take corrective actions
• Commit to and implement plant safety procedures
• Track and optimize productivity standards and performance targets to ensure effective returns on investment.
• Stay up to date with Management best practices and concepts

Qualification Required & Experience

• A degree in Water Engineering,Biochemistry,Marketing,Business Administration or equivalent from a reputable tertiary institution.
• Ten (10) years after qualification with relevant experience gained from a bottling plant/Industry.
• Proven work experience as Plant Manager
• Proven Managerial experience
• Familiarity with industry standard equipment.
