•   Must hold PhD and be a professor of high repute
•   Must be distinguished scholar and have proven capacity to motivate, manage and direct staff

•   Must be transparent, firm, very strict and above reproach
•   Must be able to control crisis situations, visionary, business-inclined and be able to influence staff for high performance
