Twifo Oil Palm Plantations Limited, an Agro Industrial Company in the Central Region. The company is looking for suitably qualified candidates for the following position:- Process Supervisor

To supervise and control all processing operations in the oil palm processing plant to ensure the correct, proper and safe operation of the mill processing machinery and equipment for the achievement of Fresh Fruit Bunch processing throughput, Crude Palm Oil and Palm Kernel recovery efficiency and product quality targets.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Applicant must possess HND Mechanical Engineering or MFT Part III or HND Electrical Engineering or EET III with a minimum of three (3) years post qualification experience in industrial or manufacturing environment.

•   Safety conscious, ensuring assigned tasks are carried out; in a safe manner
•   Ability to prepare reports, inventories, performance review and schedule work
•   Ability to meet deadlines
•   Ability to lead and motivate subordinates to perform
•   Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
