Job Summary

• The Production Manager is responsible for managing the production activities of the facility to ensure that all internal and external customer demands are met for Purified Drinking Water.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
• Estimate costs and prepare budgets
• Organise workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
• Monitor production to resolve issues
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc)
• Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc)
• Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc
• Ensure output meets quality standards
• Enforce health and safety precautions

Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum of Bachelor's degree from a recognised university, preferably, a science related major
• Between 3 to 5 years experience in a related role or related environment (food and beverage production)
• Strong computer skills combined with a well developed oral written communication skills
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
• Deep knowledge of production management and an understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
