A newly established fruit processing company along the Cape Coast - Elmina highway seeks the services of the following professionals: Production Manager

Job Summary

• This position is responsible for implementing systems and procedures for ensuring that the production operations of the company meet production plans, product qualities and cost standard. Additionally, this position is to monitor working conditions to ensure continued production of safe and health products

Qualification Required & Experience

• Must hold a degree in food science or food technology
• 3 years working experience in the production of packaged fresh food and experience in the food processing with specialty in the beverage industry
• Strong leadership & mentoring skills
• Good knowledge of production processes
• Good understanding of maintenance processes and inventory management
• Understanding of quality control measures and standards
• Thorough knowledge of health & safety standards, evaluation and budgeting
• Meticulous attention to details
