Job Vacancy For Programme Advisor At GIMPA
The Programme Advisor shall design and market programmes for the Centre for Management Development (CMD).
Reporting Relationship
The successful candidate shall report to the Director of the Centre for Management Development.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate shall:
• Create, design and run demand-driven course programmes in consultation with the Director of CMD.
• Maintain a data base of relations and institutonai clients fcr sharing in the CMD department. Fully accountable for
successfully marketing of programmes to potential clients and collaborating with training partnerships.
• Develop customized in-house training proposal and programmes.
• Provide an annual portfolio work plan inclusive of sales and marketing forecasting.
• Prepare action plans and schedues for programme portfolio.
• Prepare a variety of status reports including weekly activity, closing, follow-ups, special developments, information, feedback gathered, sales calls planning and implementation, and monthly sales analysis on the portfolio.
• Ensure quality line up of topics in line with market trends and requirements for the course programmes.
• Select facilitators and coordinate as appropriate on the design and delivery of programmes with chosen faculty and facilitators.
• Responsible for monitoring attendance of participants to ensure conformity to the required minimum lecture hours for certification.
• Review and evaluate facilitation modules and certifications.
• Build, maintain and prepare client data, in an individual database with complete profiles on customer information, calls to action, sources and dates.
Qualification Required & Experience
• A minimum of a master's degree in business administration or relevant course from a reputable university or related area.
• Must have a background in marketing and/or human resource management.
• Must have a minimum of three (3) years' post masters qualification working experience.
