We are looking for a Project Control. S/he oversees and directs construction manager. Communicates directly with contractors/designers concerning project cost, staffing and scheduling.

Responsibilities

Our future recruit will have some of the following activities

•   Establishes methods and procedures for cost control
•   Calculates, from the estimate, the initial budgets of the activities and follows their evolutions (project returns clients, partners)
•   Conduct an estimate of the remaining expenditures to complete the projects
•   Establishes progress reports on project costs and estimates the provisions and expenses necessary for the smooth running of the project
•   Appreciates the cost impacts of each modification or evolution of the project during its implementation and proposes corrective actions in case of deviations
•   Identifies the risks associated with cost control and implements measures to control them
•   Ensures internal and external reporting throughout the project
•   Supervises and organises the activities of his/her team

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A master degree
•   5 years of experience in Administrative and Finances Department
•   Contract management experience with Oil & Gas companies
•   English and French speaking
•   Good working knowledge with the Office Package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
