A leading hospitality company has vacancy for: Project Manager

Responsibilities

• The Project Manager must take ownership of the entire project process schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations
• Coordinate and direct contractors and subcontractors
• Review the work progress on site consistently
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses
• Report and escalate to management as needed

Qualifications Required & Experience

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture or any related field
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the Development / Construction industry. Hospitality experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required
• Excellent team player skills and the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce.
