A fast growing real estate development and civil engineering company located in Pokuase requires the services of the suitable qualified persons to fill the following position:- Project Manager

The candidate must be able to:

•   Manage project delivery teams
•   Prepare project management plans, schedules and baselined progress reports
•   Ensure quality and health and safety across all sites
•   Coordinate with statutory and public organization relevant to the delivery or projects
•   Coordinate with facilities management team within the organization to resolve defects
•   Provide other engineering support as may be required by management

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A first degree or second degree in construction project management or construction related field, with about 5 – 10 years project management experience.
•   A professional qualification would be an advantage
