Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•   Understanding of network, storage and server infrastructure
•   Define project scope and oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle
•   Understand and comply with established corporate and IT standards and methodologies
•   Work closely with the leads of the project to ensure clear understanding of requirements
•   Work with teams to gather and organize stakeholder requirements
•   Partner with multiple department areas to ensure that requirements support the overall objectives
•   Work with project team on a regular basis to clarify and finalize requirements
•   Coordinate project leads and project specific activities performed by cross-functional project teams
•   Identify and escalate project risks and issues and resolve with influence
•   Proactively provide regular and weekly status updates calling out risks, issues and milestones that may impact potential go live dates
•   Prepare and maintain progress on project reporting for stakeholders
•   Facilitate communication among managers/owners and project teams
•   Participate in architecture, development, testing, and support of designed solutions using multiple technologies
•   Support of systems analysis and design, creating technical design documents, and
•   Coordinate physical design and implementation of computing environments including servers, storage equipment, environmental infrastructure, operating systems and related services.
•   Coordinate, collaborate and implement new data center systems and services globally as needed.
•   Perform situation analysis and recommendation for problem solving.
•   Proactively recommend courses of action to manage and maintain cost effectiveness and competitiveness.
•   Responsible for maintenance documentation and inventory on current assets and configurations.
•   Help coordinate, design, implement and support Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity efforts.
•   Provide hands-on support, configuration and development of Data Center systems
•   Directly supervises technical staff and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
•   Responsibilities include planning, assigning and directing work; performance management and problem resolution.
•   Lead strategic as well as tactical efforts in the implementation, organization, and operation of    the organization’s data and communications networks including redundancy, resiliency, and disaster recovery, as indicated by business requirements.
•   Develop and implement policies/procedures for daily operational management, including best practices for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network issues
•   Establish and control systems access and security.
•   Prepare and maintain all network related infrastructure, configuration, and support documentation.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Implementation, operation, and maintenance of large-scale computing environments, preferably across multiple hardware and software
•   System Monitoring and Incident Response
•   Experience and knowledge in new computing architectures and implementations of server infrastructure.
•   Project management and implementation.
•   Understanding of environmental (e.g., electrical, HVAC, and Fire suppression) systems as relating to data centers.
•   5years working experience in third world country
