Role Summary:

• Relationship building.
• Researching the market and related products(especially Iron rods/Roofing Sheets)
• Supporting customers through the buying process
• Presenting the product in a structured professional way face to face.

Responsibilities:

Your duties would include (but are not limited to) as outlined below
As a technical sales officer, you'll need to:

• search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated regions
• develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
• persuade clients that a product satisfies their needs in terms of quality and price
• calculate client quotations and administer client accounts
• provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
• work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required
• analyze costs and sales
• prepare reports for head office and keep customer records
• meet regular sales targets set by Project Sales Manager
• support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum HND in marketing with 1-2 years marketing or sales experience.
• Experience in related Industry would be an added advantage.
• Computer literate.
• Internet literate.
• Fluent in at least one local language

Location: Volta Region, Western Region & Greater Accra Region
