Job Summary

A fast growing Property Management and Brokerage Firm invites applicants from suitably qualified candidates for the post of Property Sales Executive

Responsibilities

Responsible for the sales and rentals of Residential and Commercial properties for the company. This includes the following:

•   Collecting information about a property and arranging for photographs to be taken.
•   Visiting and talking to the sellers about their property and its special features.
•   Estimating the value of the property.
•   Marketing and promoting properties for sale.
•   Representing the sellers in negotiation with prospective buyers.
•   Monitoring sales as they proceed and liaising with all interested parties including mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors and other estate agents.
•   Advising clients and helping buyers to decide what they want to buy.
•   Making sure that a price is agreed that is acceptable to both buyer and seller.
•   Keeping up to date with trends in the local residential property market, as well as the commercial market.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   At least an HND/Diploma in a relevant field(Estate Management/Land Economy/Property, etc).
•   Must proficient in Microsoft Office Suit and the use of the Internet.
•   Must have over five(5) year work experience in the area of Property sales and rentals.
•   Should be able to prepare agreements and negotiate contracts.
•   Should have very good clients relation skills.
•   Should be conversant with laws relation to property rentals and sales.
•   Should have knowledge in health and safety matters.
•   Must be excellent in self-expression.
•   Must be aggressive.
