Job Vacancy For Purchasing Assistant At Strategic Security Systems International Limited



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•   Identify opportunities to add value to the procurement process throughout the company.
•   Provide assistance to all other departments in relation to all procurement matters.
•   Provide logistic support, initiate and maintain relationship with suppliers.
•   To purchase track and deliver equipment or materials as directed by the Procurement Manager
•   Liaise with the Company’s project logistic staff to ensure any requirements for logistic support are identified, approved and procured in a timely, well-documented and cost-efficient manner
•   Generate monthly procurement reports, identify and investigate unusual items and report accordingly
•   Perform any other duties as and when assigned.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   HND in Purchasing & Supply
•   Knowledgeable in Microsoft office suite
•   Minimum of two (2) years of experience.
•   Valid driver’s license
