Job Summary

•   Assist in the preparation of bills of quantities
•   Assist in preparing tender document
•   Assist in the evaluation of tenders and preparation of tender report
•   Conduct site inspection and attend site meeting
•   Assist in supervising and monitoring ongoing projects
•   Assist in vetting claims submitted by consultants and contractors
•   Assist in vetting and processes payment certificates
•   Conduct maret survey to obtain current prices of building materials or rates of work items to update basic price list
•   Assist in providing cost estimates of works and sketches
•   Assist in the preparation of budget

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Diploma in Building Technology or related qualification
•   Minimum of five (5) years working experience

Competencies

•   Must be conversant with MS project, Word and Excel
•   Must be conversant with SMM& and CESMM3
•   Must be meticulous and results-oriented
•   Should be honest and able to uphold confidentiality
