Job Summary

•   Manage the operations of the company’s reception desk
•   Answer incoming telephone calls and direct them to appropriate recipients
•   Greets and process company guests and clients
•   Perform various administration tasks
•   Oversee office cleaners for efficient house keeping
•   Liaise with company suppliers to ensure their services are run appropriately
•   Handle petty cash
•   Use Microsoft office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access etc for efficient work and documentation
•   Filing of office correspondence
•   Undertake other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or his/her designated officer

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Previous experience in managing front desk and switchboard operation would be advantage
•   Previous experience of working with expatriates would be advantage
•   Must be a good communicator
•   Must have a flair for spoken English Language
•   Must possess professional appearance and outgoing personality.
•   Should possess a sense of confidentiality
•   Attention to details and accuracy
•   Ability to demonstrate sound work ethics
•   Computer literacy with an aptitude for gaining computer skills.
