Job Vacancy For Receptionist



The receptionist reports to the Managing Director and is responsible for providing office and clerical services. Failure to provide these services in an efficient and effective manner will result in disruptions in the provision of services.

Responsibilities

•   Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Office.
•   Perform clerical duties in order to maintain Hamlet administration.
•   Performs receptionist functions.
•   Support the Executive Director and other staff.
•   Perform other related duties as required.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Higher National Diploma
•   1 year
