A leading player in the Savings & Loans and Micro-finance Industry, requires experienced and suitably qualified Ghanaians for the position of a Recovery Manager

Job Title: Recovery Manager

Duties and Responsibilities shall include but not limited to

•   Oversee the management and recovery of problem loans with a target of improving the institution’s portfolio quality
•   Liaise with legal department & external debt collectors to accelerate recovery efforts
•   Regularly prepare, analyse and consolidate reports on non-performing loans, new entries and recovery progress for distribution to and discussion with management and stakeholders identified
•   Periodically evaluate the current high risk sector that impacts on the portfolio and give recommendations to Portfolio review committee

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University
•   A minimum of 6 years work experience in Banking/Micro Finance and specifically Debt Recoveries in a financial institution
