Job Description

• Responsible for reminding clients of their respective loan repayment dates
• Responsible for recovery of loan repayment in arrears
• Responsible for the preparation and submission of arrears reports
• Responsible for the development of new strategies to reduce loan delinquency

Qualification Required & Experience

• First Degree, higher national diploma or above
• Must have at least 1 year experience in a similar role
