We are looking for a result-oriented individual who will develop and implement sales strategy for an FMCG in the Central and Western regions.

Key Accountabilities

•   Responsible for managing a big sales team and distributors in the selected region.
•   Applicant must be able to prepare and share market intelligence and report.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Applicant must have a good university and professional education on sales.
•   An MBA from a reputable institution is an advantage
•   Applicant must have a minimum of FMCG experience of not less than twelve (12) years, 2-5 years of this must be on the same or similar regional role
•   Applicant must be very conversant with Microsoft applications - Excel, Word and PPT.
•   Applicant must be ready to relocate to Cape Coast or preferably must have accommodation there.
•   Applicant must be between 35-45 years
