Duties:
• The Registrar is Secretary to the University College. As such he/she is Secretary to the Chancellor, the Board of Trustees/Governing Council, the Senate and all statutory committees of the University College.
• The Registrar, under the Vice-Chancellor, is responsible for the day-to-day administration of University College and managing resources, students and other related issues. He/she assists in creating the necessary environment for the pursuit of academic work.
• The Registrar is the custodian of the University Seal and Records
Terms of Appointment:
The appointment is full-time and applicants should not be more than 61 years old by 1st October, 2013.

Qualification Required & Experience
• A good University First Degree.
• A Master’s Degree.
• Attained the grade of a Deputy Registrar or served a minimum of 6 years in the grade of Senior Assistant Registrar in a Higher • Educational Institution or considerable administrative or managerial experience of at least 18 years in industry or the public service.
• Experience in University administration will be an advantage.
