Key Responsibilities

•   Initiate, drive and own the processes and strategies for making the branch self-sustaining through various corporate engagements within and outside of assigned territories according to set targets, profitability.
•   Devise and own strategies and processes for the enrollment of prospective corporate clients and turning them into profitable ones.
•   Serve as a reliable and key liaison between the branch and its clients
•   Attract potential customers/clients and grow them intro profitable business.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A First Degree in Marketing or related field
•   At least 1 to 5 years hands on industry experience
•   Critical thinking, customer focused and a high sene of accountability
•   Demonstrate know-how in report writing, negotiations and presentation

Location: Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi and Koforidua
