Job Vacancy For Relationship Manager At Fidelity Bank Limited
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Relationship Manager will manage and enhance the existing portfolio, and ensure to acquire new business and deepen existing customer relationships for the Bank’s target market. He/She will be expected to provide the appropriate service standard, and to manage the customer service/relationship function to ensure the delivery of quality banking to customers.
Key Accountabilities
• Generate new businesses via sales promotions, out-marketing calls, presentations & in-branch contacts
• Manage/recommend workflow changes, where appropriate, for greater efficiency
• Suggest product feature and benefit changes to promote sales
• Assist in the achievement of strategic, financial and other objectives of the branch
• Ensure compliance with the bank’s procedures, policies and controls
• Act as the main point of contact between customers, assigned market segment and the branch
• Provide guidance and advice to customers on credit issues
• Develop and nurture relationships with Clients, to ensure that the strategy and business objectives of the Client and the Bank are achieved.
• Monitor portfolio asset quality to ensure NPL trends are in line with the Bank’s specified average targets
• Manage credit risk to an acceptable level as stipulated in the Banks policies and procedures
• Establish strong working relationships with all key internal stakeholders to help drive the overall strategy of the bank.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers within their assigned market segment in the branch
Qualification Required & Experience
• A minimum of a 1st degree
• At least 4 years experience in general banking
• A hands-on experience in managing SME clients
• Proven track record in sales management
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent multicultural awareness and supervisory skills
• Detailed working knowledge of processes and controls in all core banking activities
• Good communication and inter personal skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Good appreciation of credit management especially in the SME space
• Good appreciation of the Ghanaian economy
