Job Purpose

• The relationships officer will be actively engaged in sales and marketing and will be required to build, manage and sustain a portfolio of clients developing long term relationships founded on efficient and reliable delivery of innovative and excellent client service

Job Description

• To promote and sell the company products and services to existing and prospective clients to enable them choose an investment that meets their needs at a minimum level of risk
• To identify new business opportunities for the company
• Focus on both business growth and client retention
• Manage key customer relationships through regular contacts and visits by ensuring the effective call program is maintained on all assigned and prospect customers
• Maintain high professional standards and strive to provide quality services and competitive pricing to clients
• Continuously identify and exploit cross selling opportunities that embed the bank and its product with customer needs

Qualification Required & Experience

• First Degree in marketing or a related field
• Must have at least 3 years experience in similar field
• Excellent interpersonal skills and must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have ability to do power point presentation
• Multi-tasking skills
• Must possess a valid driver license
