Job Description

• Continual review and analysis of ( LCAM ) models and application to rate p/h
• Asset evaluation and calculation of opportunities to drive efficiencies across the business
• Preparation, planning & implementation of Maintenance plans, schedules and forecasts.
• Distributions of agreed work plans and coordination of major components supply to operations
• Data and Information acquisition/organisation for production of reports
• Provision of appropriate Training to Asset Management staff

Remuneration: Very attractive and commensurate with experience.
Location - AMSG Sites, West Africa

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and /or Business 01 related Tertiary qualification equivalent
• At least five (5) years working experience in an Equipment Reliability position with exposure to Mining industry Heavy Mechanical Equipment
• Minerals Commission Competency Certification in Engineering
• Significant experience in planning, scheduling and budgeting in establishing maintenance plans.
• Knowledge and understanding of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software preferably Pulse
• Sound knowledge and experience in Assets Management Philosophies
• High knowledge of mining and associated equipment with the ability to offer technical advice to enhance customers' satisfaction.
• Knowledge of the Minerals and Mining Rules and Regulations as applicable to respective divisions surface operations
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time to produce results
• High standard of leadership,communication,reporting and analytical skills
• Ability to speak French fluently will be highly regarded
• Ability to handle multiple workloads with high standards and tight deadlines

Other Requirement:

• Must have a valid Driver's License, Travelling Passport and be willing to trave' 10 all countries where AMS operates.
