A reputable pharmaceutical company in Accra is looking for a female applicant who is creative, experienced and motivated retail pharmacy Manager / Manageress to join its managerial team to direct, promote and coordinate the activities of a Retail Pharmacy.

The right candidate must be able to:-

•   Oversee the daily work of subordinate employees and ensure that customers and patients have a pleasant shopping experience
•   Monitor expenditure and stock inventory
•   Maintain and ensure adequate stocks at all times to sustain growth and good reputation
•   Responsible for the overall adherence to the Retail Pharmacy SOP

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A first degree in Sales and Marketing or closely related field
•   A minimum of 1 year work experience in a similar or a managerial position
•   Candidate must be a good communicator, must be able to lead a team and must be familiar with Microsoft Office.
