Job Description
• As an all-round administration officer, you will be responsible for all administrative tasks related to our daily business. Daily communication with internal and external stakeholders will also be one of your key tasks.
• You will report to the Country Manager of Ghana
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
• Process sales orders
• Support customers for any requests in logistics and documents.
• Commercial and administrative support of account managers.
• Aging customers.
• Process purchase orders.
• Monitor purchase orders until goods are received at the warehouse in Ghana.
• Communication with suppliers in Europe.
• Prepare documentation for foreign payments.
• Stock reconciliations.
• Follow up on (Narcotics Control Board) NACOB permits.
• Follow up on product registration with food and drug administration.
• Work together with account managers, logistic, account department and warehouse.
Qualification Required & Experience
• You hold a bachelor's degree in Finance/Administration.
• You are enthusiastic, determined, highly-motivated and have excellent communication skills.
• You are accurate, attentive to details, problem-solving and self-organized.
• You are a team player, with strong interpersonal skills.
• You are fluent in English (verbal and written) other languages are a plus.
• You have solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Sap experience is an advantage but not a must.
• Ideally based in Tema
