A well-established International Agricultural distribution company working in crop protection, fertilizers, seeds, veterinary products, irrigation systems and agricultural tools looking for full-time, competent and very energetic and motivated individuals to join its sales team in Ghana.

Qualification Required & Experience

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in agriculture or high diploma in related field
• 3 to 5 years experience as sales agronomist in related business mainly in Agrochemicals, fertilisers and their applications
• Knowledge and working relationship with distributors, farms and industry
• Knowledge in cash and credit sales and good collection
• Good communication skills, leadership skills, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to provide with market study and updates
• Good computer literacy
• Having valid driving license
