Job Description
• Day-to-day sales of company products (Institutional Selling)
• Develop and implement Sales strategy
• Coordinating the activities of Sales Personnel across business offices
• Motivating Sales Personnel to deliver
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales target
• Making presentations to target customers
• Building and Maintaining an excellent working relationship with clientele
• Closely track and report on competitive activity
• Prepare monthly reports
• Conduct Marketing Research
• Produce Input for Product Development
• Any other responsibility as may be assigned from time to time
Qualification Required & Experience
• Must be a degree holder, additional qualification will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales
• Excellent Communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Team Player
• Organizing ability
• Negotiation skills
• Computer literacy
• Ability to drive
