General Description of Position/Job
• Help expand the business by actively seeking and acquiring new clients, particularly in the retail space
• Identifying needs and demands of clients and sell accordingly
• Formulate strong relationships to ensure growth and preserve the Company’s image
Description of Specific Duties
Responsible for the following:
• Actively seek and acquire new clients by creating rapport through networking, cold calling, using referrals etc;
• Identify customers’ needs and demands and sell accordingly;
• Collect information from clients and their risk profiles in order to offer proper solutions;
• Follow up on insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard Company reputation
• Provide weekly performance report comparing actual performance with set targets
Internal Relations with all categories of staff and statutory bodies

Qualification Required & Experience
Requirements
• Minimum of DBS holders; HND will be an added advantage
• High sense of integrity
• Goal oriented young individual
• Good communication skills
• Persistent and tenacious about delivery
• Willingness to go the extra mile
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
