A company which deals in the sale of Generators, parts and consumables is looking to employ an experienced, self-motivated professional to fill the vacancy of:- Sales Manager

The Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

•   The formulation and implementation of policies and programmes necessary to drive the sales and marketing functions of the Power Systems department of the company in order to maximise market share in the Power Systems segment
•   The employment, deployment and motivation of the key sales personnel in order to achieve the company's nancial goals

•   Excellent communication and writing skills
•   Good team player
•   Excellent problem - solving and analytical skills
•   Solid negotiation and persuasion skills
•   Strong business ecumen and ability to translate strategy into business plans

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A good degree in engineering with at least 6 years relevant experience preferably in Generator and parts sales. A second degree in Business Administration will be an advantage
•   Advanced knowledge in Microsoft suite, especially word, Excel and Power Point Presentation
