As part of its restructuring exercise to provide cutting-edge services, the Company invites applications from persons with good attitude, performance oriented mindset, capable of working continuous reasonable pressure, and desirous of earning attractive income to appoint as:-

Position: Sales Manager

•   Locations: Accra, Tema, Kasoa, Takoradi, Hohoe, Koforidua, Nkwakaw, Kumasi, Obuasi, Sunyani & Tamale
•   Supervisor: Branch Manager

Performance Expectation

•   Recruit, train and manage a sales team made up of at least fifteen (15) Sales Executives to achieve set target according to agreed performance management contract.
•   Manage all administrative and customer service issues related to your sales team.
•   Report on performance according to set timelines.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A good First Degree with at least two (2) years experience in a related field.
•   Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Insurance from the Ghana
•   Insurance College or the CII-UK with at least two (2) years experience in sales.
