Supervisor: The sales manager shall report to the branch manager

Performance Expectation

•   Meet and exceed monthly budgets according to performance contracts
•   Develop and implement strategies to recruit, train, manage and retain your team to achieve set targets according to performance contracts
•   Manage all administrative and customer service issues related to your sales team.
•   Report on performance according to set timelines

Qualification Required & Experience

•   First degree in any discipline with Diploma or advance diploma in insurance from the Ghana Insurance College or the CII UK
•   Have proven leadership, organisational and team management skills with high sense of commitment and honesty
•   At least two years experience in sales. Life assurance sale experience will be an added advantage
•   Good interpersonal and communication skills
•   Self motivated and ability to work independently and under pressure
•   Excellent presentation, negotiation, team building skills
