We are a dynamic and a fast growing real estate development and civil engineering company. As part of this demanding phase of our growth we are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive for immediate employment:

The job responsibility will include, but not limited to:

•   Developing and implementing sales and marketing campaigns.
•   Generating sale of houses and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
•   Handling client enquiries.
•   Arranging and undertaking viewing appointments with prospective and actual clients.
•   Liaising with the Projects team to ensure all clients specifications are adhered to.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   First Degree, HND in Marketing or related professional qualification
•   At least three years experience in a similar role
•   Pleasant Personality, Good Communication and Organizational skill
•   Good Presentation Skills
