Job Description

•   Liaise with managing director to project sales volumes, preparing annual budget and scheduling expenditure
•   Achieve marketing and sales operational objectives by preparing and executing marketing plans, implementing customer-service standards, identifying trends and implementing change
•   Identify marketing opportunities by identifying clients’ requirements and competitor’s strengths and weakness
•   Improve properties marketability by documenting and analysing customers’ feedback
•   Provides information by collecting, analysing and summarizing trends in the property markets
•   Develop business partnership with key clients
•   Handle any other duties commensurate with the position as directed by the managing director within the company’s policies

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum of a First Degree in Marketing or Business related field.
•   Professional Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing or Professional qualification in Marketing.
•   Second degree with relevant experience will be an advantage.

EXPERIENCE

•   A minimum of 8 years post qualification experience with at least 3 years of which in managerial.
•   Good knowledge of the real estate industry will be an advantage.
