A reputable hospitality company in the Eastern Region is seeking to engage the services of a Sales & Marketing Officer.

Key Performance Areas

•   Develops business from existing key accounts and ensure clients loyalty to the hotel
•   Increase business from existing key prospects (customers who have the potential to give more business)
•   Identify and develop new business opportunities from other identified sources or through market research/marketing intelligence
•   Ensure that relationship is managed between client portfolio and the hotel
•   Conducts predetermined goal of face-to-face client contacts very week
•   Organises new and existing clients/groups for educational and entertainment events
•   Displays a professional image at the market place

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A minimum qualification of a degree in Marketing from a recognized university or CIM Level II or relevant equivalent qualification from a recognized tertiary institution
•   At least 3 years full time working experience in Hospitality Marketing
•   Must have a valid driving license
