Job Summary

•   Providing support sales and marketing operations; including recording, reporting of sales activities
•   Have apt understanding of the company and its operations so as to appreciate the significance of your role to success of the business
•   Identify and create sustainable demand at profit for the growth of the business and maximizing shareholders wealth
•   Assist to identify, develop and implement approved marketing plans in ensuring the achievement of all marketing objectives
•   Responsible for the entire planning and implementation process of the marketing mix
•   Creating favorable relationship between the company and its public
•   Undertake periodic market and research to gather and report on current changes in consumer and competitor trends in the industry
•   Ensure all customer complaint, questions and objections are professionally handled and followed up in maintaining highest customer service standards
•   Any other responsibilities as may be required

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A minimum of an HND in Marketing or CIM with 2 – 3 years relevant working experience
•   Excellent oral and written communication skills
•   Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work effectively with all categories of employees
•   Ability to meet deadlines
•   Ability to work in a fast paced environment
•   Analytical skills
•   Good personal skills
•   Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Work, Power Point, Excel and other software and tools
