An innovative and fast-growing group is seeking experienced and self-motivated persons to fill the following vacancy: Sales and Marketing Officers

Job Summary

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for new customer acquisition
• Expand business relationships with our current customer base
• Maintain contacts with customers & regularly visits to ascertain needs
• Research and analyse market trends, competitor offerings, demographics and other information that affects marketing strategies
• Identify areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy and promotional activities
• Create and develop new innovative ways to communicate the company's message to their existing customers
• Contribute to the annual sales and marketing plan
• Monitor the impact of the marketing strategies adapted on the sales of the product and make necessary amendments in the strategies
• Liaise with the clients, prepare proposals and quotations and negotiating with the prices and other issues
• Support company's management team in identifying and implementing resolutions to resolve customer problems and or addressing complaints

Qualification Required & Experience

• Proven experience as sale and marketing officer or similar role
• Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and priniciples
• Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office CRM software
• Excellent organisational skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• A team player with a customer-oriented approach
• BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant field
