Job Vacancy For Sales Personnel (Electrical Products) – Tema



Job Purpose:
Develop and implement Sales strategies to penetrate & position the brand to obtain market share in accordance with management objectives.

Principal Accountabilities:

•   Negotiating Contracts i.e. prospecting for high volume contracts & sales orders
•   Plan & Co ordinate sales activities to ensure achievement of territorial objective in value & volume i.e. sales targets & programs
•   Provide accurate market information on sales activity & competitor information to inform sales strategy decision.
•   Develop & implement sales promotion campaign which is attractive to achieve objectives.

Internal & External Relationships
Cross-functional teams from Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, HR, and Marketing

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Previous experience in a similar role
•   Demonstrated understanding of the Electrical goods market
•   Ability to develop and execute strategy
•   Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
•   Ability to influence
•   Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
•   IT savvy
•   Team player
