Job Vacancy For Sales Representatives



The job holder shall provide reliable and courteous customer service and promote/sell the products of the company.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and implement activities and programs that will lead to achieving the sales targets set by the
company in his/her assigned region. These will include
a. Making daily detailing visits to customers and decision makers (doctors, medical assistants,
pharmacists, dispensing technologists, nurses Pharmacy/Chemical Shop owners) in the assigned
territory,
b. Arranging audio-visual presentations and exhibitions for all health related groups in the assigned
territory and
c. Following up on all orders placed to be sure that they have been delivered within agreed contract
period.
• Coordinate all sales activities of his/her territory in order to achieve the team’s Sales and Collection
targets.
• Put in mechanisms that will ensure that debts owed the company in his/her assigned territory are
collected on time.
• Provide weekly/Monthly reports of all sales made and monies collected in his/her territory.

Qualification Required & Experience

Education/Work Experience

• Minimum qualification in HND in Sales/Marketing
• Must have minimum of two years working (preferably the pharmaceutical industry).
Additional Requirements
• Must possess presentation skills
• Have good verbal and written communication skills
• Must be trustworthy
• Ability to work under pressure with little/no supervision
• Must be computer literate
• Applicant should be prepared to work in any of the ten regions in Ghana.
