The successful candidate will join a busy team at the Sales and Marketing Department and report to a Sales Supervisor.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

•   To identify potential, new, lost or inactive accounts on his assigned routes and notify the supervisor for business development.
•   Increase distribution of all our brands on the assigned route.
•   Maintain and increase shelf space for all our products.
•   Report all competitive activitity in trade to the Sales Supervisor.
•   Todrive the truck safely, courteously and obey all traffic regulations.
•   Attend all sales meetings.

-Settle up fully at the end of the working day.
-Follow all safety practices as prescribed by the company

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum of S.S.C.E. or G.C.E.
•   Must have at least five (5) years of driving experience.
•   Possession of a valid driver’s license (grade C and beyond).
•   At least 3 - 4 years experience of soft drink industry sales.
•   A fair ability in quantitative analysis.
•   Good interpersonal relationship.
•   Be courteous
•   A good listener
•   A fair communicator in English and local languages in preferred locations.
•   Must be able to work for long hours and under pressure.
•   Must be able to work with little or no supervision.
