A fast Growing Real Estate Company Seeks a Sales/Marketing Manager to complement its management team.

Job Description

• Will generally oversees all sales, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
• Responsible for developing marketing strategies to meet agreed company targets.
• Will evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data when implementing the marketing plan and making alterations to the plan.
• Should deliver all marketing activities within the agreed budget.
• Should be able to manage sales staff where sales targets are devolved.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Approximately 3-5 years of sales experience in the marketing industry.
• Experience in Real Estate would be an added advantage.
• A proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
