Our company is leading investment banking institution in Ghana with over three decades of continuous operations to its credit and seeks to engage competent professionals into the following position: Securities Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Executes equities and bond trades on both markets with little or no supervision
• Analyses financial information to forecast business, industry & economics conditions used in making investment decisions
• Prospects and wins both individuals and institutional clients
• Supports in the preparation of annual budgets for the business
• Prepares operational reports

Qualification Required & Experience

The position requires a candidate with:

• A bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking & Finance/Economics & Maths/Statistics or equivalent
• An ADO License: Should have passed all Ghana Stock Exchange Securities Courses
• Minimum 1 year experience in executing GSE trades
• Demonstrated knowledge of bond and equity transactions
• Knowledge of the Ghanaian Capital Markets and investments generally
• A strong quantitative background and ability to pay attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
