Position Description

•   The Senior Assistant Registrar (HR) will be in charge of human resources planning, development and management under the oversight of  the Registrar

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Master’s degree in Human Resource or Business Administration; At least five years relevant experience in a tertiary institution
•   Proven ability in organizational development and change management
•   Membership of a relevant professional body will be an added advantage
•   Good written and communication skills
•   Good human relations skills
•   High sense of integrity and morality
•   Ability to work to tight schedules
•   Good analytical skills
•   Appreciable level of computer literacy
