Yinson Production is a multinational Company in the business of building, operating and managing Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessels, Floating Storage and Offloading (FSO) vessels, and Mobile Offshore Production Units (MOPU) for the Oil and Gas Industry. Job Description

YPWAL will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of the Offshore Cape Three Points FPSO for enighana. YPWAL will be hiring for various positions for the unit, which will commence operations offshore Ghana in 2017.

Mission:

•   Watch keeping in CCR and assist CSUP as cargo operator during cargo operations.

Scope:

•   Area of responsibility includes cargo monitoring and cargo and ballast operation from CCR or if required, at cargo equipment location on FPSO.
•   The management may assign additional tasks not listed in Job Description.

Duties:

•   Follow PTW system, rules, regulations and work procedures applicable to his responsibilities.
•   Monitor, control and log imported and produced oil.
•   Control and execute export oil discharge as instructed by CSUP.
•   Monitor and execute ballast operations as instructed by CSUP.
•   Monitor and control Fiscal Metering Unit operation.
•   Monitor and control unit trim, draft and hull stresses.
•   Monitor and execute bulk chemicals loading and distribution operations.
•   Monitor and record all safety equipment alarms received in the CCR.
•   Maintain radio communication with the Process Deck as applicable.
•   Maintain radio communication with the Export Tanker as applicable.
•   Maintain radio communication with the Helicopter as applicable.
•   Maintain radio communication with the supply boats as applicable.
•   Control supply operations and boat traffic in 500 m Zone.
•   Maintain CCR Logbook and storage tank status records.
•   Undertake training relevant to the position requirements.
•   Member of Emergency Response Team.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Essential Criteria - to meet the standard of competence specified in section A-II/1 of the STCW code for officer on watch.
•   Have completed advance training for chemical tankers.
•   8 years’ experience on the offshore installations or gas tankers.
•   Standard of competence according to Yinson Competence Assurance Matrix.
•   Very good written and spoken English.
