Job Description

• The Senior Contract Engineer will take care of procurement of works, services and materials based on company guidelines and procedures and, in line with guidelines set out by the management.

Key Activities

• Contract award process: to lead the contract award process and prepare all the necessary documentation under the supervision of the management
• To liaise with internal clients and suppliers
• To respect the company's procedure
• Receive the material/service request (PR)
• Analyse the requests and accordingly, prepare the appropriate strategy, to be approved by the management, in order to meet the requirements, including:
o Selection of suitable bidders
o Selection of appropriate contractual standards
• Carry out due diligence on suppliers

Qualification Required & Experience

• Strong academical background
• Accredited University Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar
• Masters preferable
• 5 years work experience in related field
• Excellent oral and written English
• Strong knowledge of Ms Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
