JOB PURPOSE:
To effectively prepare weekly and monthly bank reconciliation statements, manage all intercompany balances and ensure their accuracy at the end of every reporting period

Key Responsibilities

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

You will drive and be the key owner to the following responsibilities:

•   Perform Bank Account Reconciliation statements (weekly and monthly reconciliation.)
•   Investigate and ensure that responsible process all outstanding items in the bank account reconciliation statements before month end
•   Preparation of monthly summary of all outstanding items for management
•   Analysis and calculation of monthly revenue based cost (1% frequency cost –giftel accruals)
•   Analysis and calculation of monthly revenue based cost (1% Royalty cost-NCA accruals)
•   Analysis and calculation of quarterly payments to National Communication Authority.
•   Monthly amortization of all Insurance prepayments
•   Arrangement for travel insurance with our insurers and preparation of invoice approval for payments.
•   Preparation of intercompany account invoices to other operations.
•   Processing of Intercompany invoices
•   Perform monthly analysis, calculation and reconciliation of intercompany accounts
•   Ensure all intercompany reconciliations are done and variances resolved.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   4-5 years experience in related field
•   Bachelors Degree in Accounting / Partly qualified ACCA
