Job Vacancy For Senior Sales Executive At Point Innovate Ghana



The successful applicant will represent Point Innovate in the day-to-day sales operations. From our Point Innovate Ghana headquarters, the sales representative will formulate and execute a sales strategy and any other sales tasks given to them by Point Innovate Sales and Distribution Managers or directors.

Key responsibilities:

•   Participates in comprehensive training and education in order to learn understand and convey the required level of knowledge to successfully represent Point Innovate Ghana.
•   Develops a fixed term sales strategy, weekly sales plans, and achieves required sales targets.
•   Actively identifies and targets individuals and/or organizations and thereby generates sales leads on an on-going basis.
•   Reports targets to Point Innovate management for vetting and inclusion in the overall sales strategy.
•   Controls and accounts for stock in possession for demonstration and distribution.
•   The sales representative will hit the sales targets required of them.
•   Maintains long-term customer relations and creates a plan to service each customer’s on-going energy needs. Remains visible to past clients, providing on-going after sales support.
•   Builds and grows Point Innovate’s referral program with its customers. Creates incentives for customers to become brand ambassadors to invite their friends, families, colleagues, and church members to become Point Innovate customers.
•   Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
•   Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

Qualification Required & Experience

The sales representative will have the following attributes:

•   Relevant experience and qualifications in sales and account management
•   Experience in successfully creating and executing sales plans
•   Demonstrable team working capabilities
•   Motivation, drive, and perseverance
•   Engaging personality
•   Ability and willingness to learn
•   Willingness to hit and exceed sales targets and other associated KPI’s
•   You will aspire to more senior roles within the organization as it grows.

Preferred Qualifications:

•   3-5 Years sales experience,
