We are rapidly growing organisation providing a range of IT solutions to the financial services industry and are seeking eligible candidates to fill the following position: Service Desk Analyst

Qualification Required & Experience

•   HND or a Bachelor's degree
•   Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a customer service environment or a similar role
•   Excellent communication skills and telephone manners
•   Analytical and problem-solving skills
•   Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
•   Exposure to troubleshooting and ITIL would be an advantage
