Our client is an efficient leading provider of IT Services & Hardware Infrastructure solutions for medium and large scale private and public institutions. The company is seeking experienced Managers to join its team in the following position.

Position: IT Service Manager (ref-FITSM)

This position report to the Technical Manager with a key job purpose of managing engineers ad technicians, ensuring continuous operation of client service and conformance to quality standards

Qualification Required & Experience

•   B.S.c Degree in Computer Science or BA in Business Administration or equivalent
•   Microsoft Certified systems Engineer (MSCE), CCNA or similar certification
•   Minimum 3 years experience working in a similar role
•   ITIL Certification or Training would be an advantage
•   Project Management Training or certification would be an advantage
•   Experience with help desk systems and Asset Management Systems
•   Very good written and oral communication skills
•   Excellent interpersonal skills
•   Exceptional service orientation

Work Conditions

•   On-call availability and periodic overtime
•   Sitting for extended periods of time
•   Traveling to client locations within and outside Ghana
•   Good report writing skills

Location: Accra
