As a result of growth, expansion of our business operations and desire to provide timely and best quality service to our nationwide customers, we are looking for experienced individuals for Software Development Manager (managerial position)

Software Development Manager will serve as a member of management team, and will provide direction, coordination and supervision for software development activities of the company. In addition, he/she will supervise immediate subordinates to ensure that time, quality and other set standards, including discipline are adhered to; and to implement performance management systems in the department.

Qualified candidates for this position will possess a minimum of first degree in Computer Science and Professional Certification in Software Development.  He/she should possess managerial experience, including demonstrated skill in people management – ability to manage performance and to hold people accountable for achieving result

Qualification Required and Experience

Essential requirements for the position:

•   A minimum of 5 years hands-on experience software development
•   A minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in the application of VB.NET, C#, NET Framework, ASP. NET, MVC, MS.SQL Server, XML/XML/XSLT, JSON, ADON. NET, JAVA, Web servers (IIS, Apache)
•   A minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in the application of Visual Studio 2008 and above, and MS SQL Server 2008 Programming and Administration
